As our Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the various aspects of the Strategy & Operations function at Jarvis.

Job Responsibilities:

Onboarding Support

Onboard new hires for our clients and ensure they have access to the necessary resources ahead of their first day including:

  • Generating contracts
  • Conducting background and/or reference checks
  • Updating and maintaining our client’s vendor management systems
  • Creating WSIB forms and gathering all necessary documentation for contractor rulings
  • Providing ongoing communication and support to our client’s new hires
  • Working with the client to ensure the hardware is shipped in a timely manner

Post-placement Support

Manage the post-placement process for candidates including:

  • Managing Change Requests through our ATS
  • Processing off-boarding and extensions
  • Generating Employment Verification letters
  • Timesheet data entry and validation
  • Ensuring timesheets for candidates are up-to-date and accurate

Internal Support / Continuous Improvement

Cross-collaboration with other departments within Jarvis to provide additional support including:

  • Conducting regular placement audits to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date in our ATS and client systems
  • Auditing of current processes to ensure data integrity/accuracy, uncovering and addressing process gaps
  • Supporting the recruitment and sales teams with training or process questions required to complete onboarding
  • Collaborating with our finance team on special projects
  • Generating reports on placement data and key performance indicators
  • Supporting ad-hoc audits
