As our VP, Client Solutions, you will be responsible for implementing strategic plans and tailored solutions for clients to reduce their operational costs, increase productivity, and enhance their overall customer experience while nurturing and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:

Utilize expertise in strategic leadership to develop, grow, and maintain a portfolio of client accounts primarily around advisory and delivery work.

Support the sales teams in identifying net new business opportunities and cultivating leads to expand the client base.

Continue to build strong relationships with key clients, by understanding their needs, lines of business, and technology platforms, and acting as a trusted advisor in order to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Build, empower, and lead project teams of internal consultants both on-site and remotely, ensuring accountability and employee engagement.

Deliver client presentations to external senior management and executives to demonstrate the unique value proposition and benefits of the company’s model.

Lead contract negotiations, ensuring that agreements meet client expectations, align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Oversee contract performance, making necessary adjustments or renewals as needed.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the solutions team by providing guidance and support for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Continuously assess and improve consulting methodologies, tools, and processes. Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and quality enhancement to drive operational excellence.

Understand and recognize industry trends, emerging technologies, and practices that may impact clients, to identify opportunities for enhancements that will align with clients’ business objectives and solutions.

Champion the company’s culture and values, internally and externally via various methods and platforms, e.g. events partnered with community institutes such as universities.
What You Bring:

10+ years experience in consulting or professional services field
-
Experience working in the financial, banking, technology or software industry
-
Experience in leadership and management roles, business development/sales, client relationship management and strategic planning an asset

Experience in technology-focused industries – B2B or Enterprise experience/knowledge

Ability to assess client needs, identify pain points, and develop tailored solutions that address those needs effectively.

Understanding of project management methodologies, resource allocation, and the ability to oversee client projects to successful completion.

Proficiency in identifying and managing risks associated with client engagements, including risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance with risk management protocols.

Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to achieve common goals.

Ability to nurture client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Skills in developing and executing strategic plans, setting goals, and aligning client solutions with organizational objectives.

In-depth understanding of the industry or industries in which the organization operates, including market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Knowledge of solution development methodologies, consulting frameworks, and the ability to design and deliver client-centric solutions.
