As our Project Administration Officer you will be a key member of administrative operations across the organization. 

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Review current administrative processes, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests 
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Plan and support budget and expenditures

 What You Bring:

  • Attention to detail needed to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and stay on top of deadlines
  • Experience implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency 
  • Excellent written and oral communication
